Under this benefit co-annuitant can be changed, in case of remarriage. This benefit does not apply upon death of annuitant. To add this benefit - 1) contract must be traditional, Roth or simple IRA, or 2) owner's spouse must be sole primary beneficiary as co-annuitant.

Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) death, 2) termination of contract, 3) annuitization, or 4) change of annuitant.
