Rider provides contract owners to defer their annuity commencement date to the Annuitant's 100th birthday. Contract should not be a CRT contract. With election of Deferral Option rider, at least 80% of the contract value should be invested in sub-accounts and not more than 20% will be invested in Fixed Account. Spousal Continuation option is available with the rider, only after the annuity commencement date.
