If contract value in EQ/Money Market option is at least $5,000, owner may choose, to have a specified dollar amount or percentage of contract value transferred from that option to other variable investment options. Dollar Cost Averaging is not available with Guaranteed withdrawal benefit for life and 12 month dollar cost averaging program. For Guaranteed withdrawal benefit for life, Issuer offers Fixed-dollar option. Minimum transfer amount under Fixed-dollar option is $50; all other conditions are same as general dollar cost averaging.

Initial allocation to 12 month dollar cost averaging program must be at least $2,000 and subsequent contribution must be at least $250. Only one time period may be in effect at any time and once a time period is selected, may not be changed. If 12 month dollar cost averaging program is selected at contract issue, a 60 days rate lock will apply from date of application. 12 Month Dollar Cost Averaging Program is not available with General Dollar Cost Averaging.
