Any amount to account for special dollar cost averaging, Special 10 year fixed maturity option and fixed maturity option that has a rate to maturity of 3% may not be transferred. Annuitant must limit transfers to fixed maturity options with maturities of seven years or less, if ages between 76 to 80, and five years or less, if ages 81 or older. During income phase, not permitted.
