The Performance SPDA is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified contract. A 10% annual withdrawal option can be added to the Performance SPDA at issue for 15 basis points per year without any MVA or surrender charge. Systematic withdrawal is an option. Surrender charges vary by rate term of 3 year, 5 year and 7 year. and are waived in the event of annuitization, death, entrance into a nursing home, or diagnosis of a terminal illness. Withdrawals may be subject to Federal/State income tax, and if taken prior to age 59 1/2, a 10% Federal Penalty tax. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer.
