The Access SPDA is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $25,000 for qualified and non-qualified funds. Withdrawal of up to prior yearâs accumulated interest is available. There is an option to withdraw up to 10% of the accumulated value or accumulated interest, whichever is greater.
