The Select Guarantee is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity with a Market Value Adjustment. The minimum initial contribution is $15,000. Interest earnings are available after 30 days for withdrawal. Systematic withdrawal is available if the payment is at least $50 per month. There are several surrender schedules based on chosen rate term. Surrender charges are eight years in duration and are waived in the event of Annuitization, Death, confinement to a Nursing Home or Hospital. Contract form series 1829.
