Thereafter, Premium Based Charge Free Amount equals greatest of - 1) 10% of total purchase payments, 2) 10% of contract value, or 3) sum of all purchase payments outside of Premium Based Charge Period (reduced by withdrawals on a first in-first out basis), plus investment gains.
