Transfers out of Fixed Account to Sub-accounts are subject to 1) 25% of Fixed Account value in any contract year. During Income Phase transfers available from sub-account to fixed account, however not available from fixed account to sub-account. Currently there is no charge for a transfer. However, Issuer reserve the right to impose a charge in the future of up to $25 per transfer, for transfers after the first 12 within a Contract Year.
