Description:
If owner reside in state of Arizona and purchased contract as a replacement for a different variable annuity contract or on age 65 or older at the time contract issued, owner may return variable annuity contract within 30 days from the date that owner receive it and receive a refund of account value. No contributions will be accepted after the first contract year for NQ contracts. For QP contracts the maximum aggregate contributions for any contract year are 100% of first-year contributions. Age when taking Required Minimum Distributions (âRMDsâ) for tax-qualified contracts, including IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs and TSAs, has increased from 72 to 73.
