First Symetra Select Pro 3 Non-GROP (Proprietary Bank) is a modified single premium deferred fixed annuity. The premium is $200,000 for qualified and non-qualified funds. Additional contributions can be made for $1,000 or more during the first year only. During each policy year, including the first, up to 15% of the contract value may be withdrawn without CDSC charge. Systematic withdrawals are also an option. Surrender charges are three years in duration and are waived in the event of annuitization, death, or extended confinement in a nursing home or hospital or diagnosis of a terminal illness. GMIR is 2.45% for the life of the contract. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees are based on the claims paying ability of the insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
