Death Waiver: If death occurs before surrender period ends, for annuitant ages 70 or less, 100% of accumulation value is available. If death occurs before surrender period ends, for annuitant ages 71-90, the accumulation value is paid through a 5 year fixed period annuity or an available settlement option.
