The Guaranteed Growth Strategies (GGS) is a individual single premium deferred annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $25,000 for both qualified and non-qualified funds.10% of the contract value is available each year without a withdrawal charge. There are three, five and seven years of surrender which vary by age and state and are waived in the event of death, entrance into a nursing home or hospital, or diagnosis of a terminal illness. GMSV is 3% annually (not less then 0.15 annually).
