The MNL 10 is a flexible premium deferred annuity. The initial minimum contribution is $2,000 qualified and $5,000 non-qualified. Beginning in the second contract year, 10% of contract value may be withdrawn without incurring a surrender charge in each contract anniversary. Surrender charges of 8 year and are waived in the event of death. Withdrawals may be subject to Federal/State income tax, and if taken prior to age 59 1/2, a 10% Federal Penalty tax.
