The Fixed Annuity AR is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity with a limited Market Value Adjustment. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 for Qualified and Non-Qualified. 10% of the accumulated value as of the prior contract anniversary may be withdrawn free of withdrawal charges and MVA after contract year one. Systematic withdrawal is an option. Surrender charges are seven years in duration and are waived in the event of Annuitization, Death, Disability, Diagnosis of a Terminal Illness, or entrance into a Nursing Home. At the end of the initial guarantee period, the contract renews on an annual basis.
