The FocusFive is a Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 Qualified and Non-Qualified. Additional payments can be made for $100 or more (prior to age 90 for Non-Qualified and age 85 for Qualified). Withdrawal of interest earnings is available beginning in policy year one. There is an annual 10% free withdrawal of the accumulated value beginning in policy year two. Systematic Withdrawal is an option. Surrender charges are five years in duration and are waived in the event of bailout, death, admittance into a Nursing Home or Hospital.
