DESCRIPTION
RESET NOTE
PIB and EB will automatically step-up to contract value on each rider anniversary if - 1) owner or annuitant is still living and under age 86, 2) highest contract value on that anniversary, is greater than PIB immediately prior to that Benefit Year anniversary, and 3) Account Value Step-up is greater than the Enhancement Value. Each time the AV Step-up will not increase the EB or the EV. AV Step-up is available even in those years when a withdrawal has occurred.
