BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Benefit protects investments from unfavorable market performance through annual benefit payments until life of the owner. Payment increases are automatic and are based upon increases in contract value, adjustment for excess withdrawals. Contract value will fluctuate as performance of investment options; it will decrease on a dollar for dollar basis with each Lifetime Plus Payment and cumulative withdrawal. Owner can not exercise this benefit before age 50. Withdrawals are not allowed after exercise of this benefit. Owner can elect to receive Lifetime Plus Payments on annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly or semi-monthly basis. Monthly and semi-monthly payments are available through electronic transfer of funds.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled any time after election.
RIDER TERMINATION
May be terminated on any contract anniversary. Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) 10th rider anniversary, 2) contract anniversary following owner's 91st birthday, or 3) contract value reduces to zero.
