BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Benefit protects investments from unfavorable market performance through annual benefit payments. Benefit base is equal to contract value, thereafter, increased by purchase payments made adjusted for withdrawals and subsequent payments. Benefit base will never be less than zero.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be terminated on any time after 5th contract anniversary.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) annuitization, 2) termination of contract, 3) death, 4) conversion, or 5) benefit base reduces to zero.

No longer available for new purchases.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount.
