SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Owner may begin guaranteed withdrawals anytime after first anniversary, provided - 1) account value is at least $50,000 and 2) owner is between age 55 to 91 years.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base in same proportion.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
Withdrawals resulting from a RMD for the annuity value are not considered excess withdrawals.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner under joint life option.
