BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Rider guarantees annual lifetime income withdrawals at specified level or higher that will continue for lifetime, even if annuity value goes to zero.
RIDER CANCELLATION
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will terminate if income withdrawal phase has not begun by the contract anniversary on or immediately following the owner's 90th birthday.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
Only at contract issue.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Owner may begin guaranteed withdrawals anytime after first anniversary, provided contract value is at least $50,000.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base in same proportion.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
Withdrawals resulting from a RMD for the annuity value are not considered excess withdrawals.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner under joint life option.
