BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Benefit provides two withdrawal options - 1) Income Withdrawal; and 2) Lifetime Income Withdrawal. Lifetime income withdrawal is a percentage of the income account value guaranteed for lifetime available beginning at the attained age of 50 and Income withdrawal is a percentage of income account value guaranteed until the income account value is equal to zero, available beginning at the attained age of 40.
RIDER CANCELLATION
RIDER TERMINATION
May be cancelled any time after during the first 12 months or after the fifth rider anniversary. Once cancelled may not be re-elected.

Only at contract issue.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Additional Premiums made after starting Income Withdrawals or Lifetime Income Withdrawals, will be added to Adjusted Accumulated Value.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
For OR and DE; Maximum Annual Lifetime Income Withdrawal Percentage ranges from 3.50% to 6.50% for single life and for joint life 3.00% to 6.00%; Maximum Annual Income Withdrawal Percentage is 1%.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base in same proportion.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
RMD amount exceeds annual withdrawal amount, will not be considered as excess withdrawal.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP

After qualification waiting period and the minimum attained age has been achieved, maximum amount provided by owner elected income withdrawal option may be doubled if owner confined to a qualified hospital, hospice facility or convalescent care facility for at least 180 of the last 250 days, calculated from the date the first income withdrawal is to be received.
