BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Rider provides guaranteed growth for the retirement income and protects the money already accumulated. There are two ways, the benefit base grows under the rider - rollup credits and resets.

SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Withdrawals taken before the income payments start reduces the benefit base. It is not reduced for withdrawals to pay rider charges or income payments. The maximum annual income payments is the percentage multiplied by the benefit base. The income percentage is locked in and will not change once income payments begin.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base proportionately and rollup credit by dollar-for-dollar amount.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
Required Minimum Distributions will not reduce the Benefit Base.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit under certain conditions after death of owner.
