BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
This rider provides guaranteed growth of income base, stacked with additional upside potential. There are two ways, the benefit base grows under the rider - rollup credits and account value interests.
RIDER CANCELLATION
RIDER TERMINATION
May be cancelled any time after election. Rider may gets terminated at the earliest of 1) surrender 2) annuitization 3) account value reduces to less than $1,250 due to withdrawals or 4) change in ownership of the contract.

SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Withdrawals taken before the income payments begin or excess withdrawals taken after the income payments begin reduces benefit base. The benefit base will continue to increase by interest credit, regardless of withdrawal. The maximum annual income payments is the income percentage multiplied by the benefit base. The income percentage is locked in and will not change once income payments begin.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base proportionately and rollup credit by dollar-for-dollar amount.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
Required Minimum Distributions will not reduce the Benefit Base.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit under certain conditions after death of owner.
