BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Benefit protects from poor investment performance during accumulation phase. Benefit base is equal to account value, increased by purchase payments made and reduced for withdrawals. Benefit guarantees that contract value will not be less than benefit base at 7th rider anniversary and on each anniversary thereafter. If contract value is less than benefit base at rider maturity date, Issuer will apply additional amount to increase contract value equal to benefit base. Once each contract year owner may request to restart benefit, Issuer will terminate existing benefit and will start new benefit.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled any time after election.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) annuitization, 2) surrender, or 3) death.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base in same proportion.
