RESET NOTE
Every 5 years, starting with 10th contract anniversary, the owner may elect to reset the applicable benefit base to equal the current contract value. In the case of the Immediate Withdrawal Benefit, both the benefit base and the remaining withdrawal amount will be set equal to current contract value. In the case of the Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit, the benefit base will be set equal to current contract value.
