BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit is part of Living Guarantees. Benefit provides benefit provides a guaranteed income through partial withdrawals, regardless of contract value. The GWB withdrawals are not available before the third contract anniversary.,Owner may elect either a Contract with Living Guarantees or a Contract without Living Guarantees. If no election is made, the Living Guarantees will apply to the Contract.
RIDER CANCELLATION
Benefit may automatically terminate under certain conditions.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) annuitization, 2) death , or 3) benefits base reduces to zero.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
Upon election of Living Guarantees.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
After excess withdrawal or traditional Partial Annuitization taken, GWB adjusted partial withdrawal is equal to: GWBA + (RPWA x GWBV).
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
If Contract includes Living Guarantees, RMD payments will count against the maximum amount available for GWB withdrawals. RMD payments will reduce GWB value.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership will result in termination of rider.
