BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
This rider will provide a lifetime withdrawal.,Issuer provides enhanced benefit after age 65, the benefit amount will be doubled for one contract year provided the following conditions are satisfied: (1) the contract year begins on or after the benefit start date; (2) if the insured is living, the contract year begins on or after the date that the insured has reached age 65; (3) if a spousal benefit is in effect and the spouse is living, the contract year begins after the date that the spouse has reached age 65; (5) owner has not already taken the enhanced benefit; and (6) the rider has not terminated.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled any time after election.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) death, 2) surrender, 3) annuitization, or 4) excess withdrawal reduces benefit base below $1,250.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
No longer available for new purchases.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount. Issuer may decline to accept purchase payments to the contract in excess of $50,000 per contract year.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals will reduce benefit base in same proportion as it does contract value.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
RMD withdrawals greater than annual benefit payments are not considered as Excess Withdrawal.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership will result in termination of rider.

The reset date is: (1) rider effective date; (2) contract anniversary on which owner elects to reset the benefit base amount; (3) any date before the benefit start date on which ownership of the contract is transferred to the spouse of the insured if a spousal benefit is not in effect and account value is less than the benefit base amount; and (4) any date before the benefit start date that would have been the death benefit valuation date if a spousal benefit is not in effect and the spouse of the insured becomes the successor owner of the contract.
