BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Benefit provide a series of Lifetime Benefit Payments payable in each contract year following covered life's Eligibility Withdrawal Year until death of owner.,Upon election of Enhanced Surrender Value, Issuer will pay the Enhanced Surrender Value amount which is the greater of a) Contract Value on the full Surrender date (any surrender charges and fees upon surrender will be waived); or (b) Contract Value on the full Surrender date plus 10% of the payment base subject to a cap of 90% of the Payment Base (any surrender charges and fees upon surrender will be waived). This rider also provides a death benefit.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled any time after election.
RIDER TERMINATION
May be terminated on 5th contract anniversary.

No longer available for new purchases.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent Premium Payments will increase the Payment Base on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Cumulative partial surrenders in a contract year exceeding amount as per applicable benefit percent will reduce payment base on a proportionate basis for the amount exceeding as per applicable percentage and dollar for dollar basis for the amount not exceeding as per applicable percentage.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
RMD withdrawals in greater than the Withdrawal Limit amount are not considered to be excess withdrawals.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership within 6 months from contract issue will result in no change in benefit base. Thereafter, Issuer will recalculate benefit amount upon change in ownership.
