BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Rider provides a guaranteed lifetime income.,After 3rd rider anniversary, annuitant may elect to step-up the benefit base equal to contract value until age 90, upon step-up, Issuer will terminate current benefit and issue a new benefit with new rider date and rider fee percentage.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled after 3rd rider anniversary.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) annuitization, 2) death, or 3) termination of contract.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
No longer available for new purchases.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Partial withdrawals in excess of the maximum annual withdrawal amount in a rider year will reduce the total withdrawal base and minimum remaining withdrawal amount by the greater of the dollar amount of the excess withdrawal or a pro rata amount (in proportion to the reduction in policy value) possibly to zero.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
RMD withdrawals in excess of the Annual Withdrawal Amount are not considered to be excess withdrawals.
