BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
The rider provides a guaranteed annual lifetime withdrawal benefit equal to a percentage of the initial benefit base for the lives of two spouses. Lifetime Withdrawals can begin at any time.,Initial Protected Withdrawal Value is determined as of the date first withdrawal is made under the Annuity following the election of Lifetime Five.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled any time after election.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) benefit base reduces to zero, 2) surrender, 3) death, or 4) annuitization.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
No longer available for new purchases.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payments increase the benefit base dollar for dollar.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Excess withdrawals will reduce benefit base in same proportion.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
RMD withdrawals in excess of the calculated Lifetime Withdrawal benefit do not reduce the benefit base.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership will result in termination of rider except under certain conditions.
