BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
The rider provides a guaranteed lifetime withdrawals.,This rider also provides GWBL Death Benefit.
RIDER CANCELLATION
Once elected may not be cancelled.
RIDER TERMINATION
Once elected may not be terminated.

Only at contract issue.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent contributions are not permitted after the later of: (i) the end of the 1st contract year; and (ii) the date the 1st withdrawal is taken. Anytime owner make an additional contribution, benefit base will be increased by the amount of contribution.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Excess withdrawal can cause a significant reduction in both benefit base and withdrawal amount. If owner make an excess withdrawal, benefit base and the withdrawal amount will be recalculated. Benefit base is reset as of the date of the excess withdrawal to equal the lesser of: (i) benefit base immediately prior to excess withdrawal, and (ii) account value immediately following the excess withdrawal. Withdrawal amount is recalculated to equal applicable percentage multiplied by the reset benefit base.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
For traditional IRAs and QP contracts, RMD withdrawals in excess of the withdrawal amount are not considered to be excess withdrawals.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership will result in termination of rider.

This optional benefit is only available with contracts sold in Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Puerto Rico and Washington. This benefit is not available as Inherited IRA and joint life is not available as QP.
