BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Enhanced Guaranteed Partial Withdrawal Benefit is part of Enhanced GBP. The GPWBs provide a guaranteed minimum amount of level income in the form of annual partial withdrawals (GPWB Payments). GPWB Payments are not guaranteed for life.,The GPWB value under the Enhanced GBP will never be less than the GPWB value under the Traditional GBP, but they may be equal. Owner can only access the GPWB value by exercising the GPWB.
RIDER CANCELLATION
May be cancelled any time after election.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) surrender, 2) annuitization, 3) death, or 4) contract value and benefit base reduces to zero.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
Upon election of Enhanced Guaranteed Benefit Package.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Once percentage of GPWB value is chosen it cannot be changed.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Each GPWB Payment will reduce the GPWB value on a dollar for dollar basis and any Excess Withdrawals will reduce the GPWB value proportionately by the percentage of Contract Value withdrawn. Excess Withdrawals will not affect the GPWB Payment amount or frequency, but they may decrease the time over which GPWB Payments are received.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
Minimum distribution programs will no longer be available if owner is participating in this program.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership will result in termination of rider.

The Enhanced GBP may not be appropriate for owners age 65 because the benefit values are limited after age 80.

INTERNAL NOTES
SCRAP BOOK
Once the GPWB is exercised, it cannot be cancelled. However, owner can terminate the GPWB by electing to stop GPWB payments and instead do one of the following: 1) take an Excess Withdrawal of the entire Contract Value, 2) Request Traditional Annuity Payments under a Full Annuitization based on the entire Contract Value, 3) Request Annuity Payments under a Full Annuitization based on the remaining GPWB value. If owner does not elect to stop GPWB Payments and elect to annuitize the contract, and there is Contract Value remaining after the last GPWB Payment is made Issuer will pay the Contract Value if it is less than $2,000 (less any withdrawal charges) and Contract will terminate. However, if remaining Contract Value after the last GPWB Payment is at least $2,000, owner can instead elect to: continue the Contract, or annuitize the remaining Contract Value.
