RESET NOTE
An optional Auto Step-Up feature is available for this benefit. This feature may be elected at the time the benefit is elected or at any time while the benefit is in force. Step-up increases the Protected Withdrawal Value to be equal to Then current Account Value. Protected Withdrawal Value will only be stepped-up if 5% of the Account Value is greater than the Annual Income Amount by any amount. Once a step-up occurs, the next Auto Step-Up opportunity will occur on the 1st Annuity Anniversary that is at least one year after the most recent step-up.
