BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
The Income Advantage Account Value provides guaranteed lifetime withdrawals through Income Advantage Payments and also provides a guaranteed Income Advantage Death Benefit that is available to Beneficiary upon death. Income Advantage Payments can begin as early as age 65 or as late as age 90. Income Advantage Account is a protected account with fewer Investment Options that can be used for guaranteed lifetime withdrawals (called Income Advantage Payments), and a guaranteed death benefit.,Owner may elect to receive Income Advantage Payments monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Each Income Advantage Payment owner receive is equal to the annual actual Income Advantage Payment divided by the number of payments owner chose to receive during the Benefit Year. The initial actual Income Advantage Payment must either be zero, or at least $100.
RIDER CANCELLATION
Benefit may automatically terminate under certain conditions.
RIDER TERMINATION
Benefit will automatically terminate upon earliest of - 1) annuitization, 2) benefit base reduces to zero due to excess withdrawal or transfers, 3) death, or 4) termination of contract.

No longer available for new purchases.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent purchase payment will increase benefit base by dollar-for-dollar amount. Owner cannot make allocations to this Account once Income Advantage Payments begin or the older Covered Person reaches age 81.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Applicable withdrawal percentage is determine by using the Payment Table and the current treasury rate, which is the Ten-year U.S. Constant Maturity Treasury rate.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Excess Withdrawals and transfers of Income Advantage Account Value to the Base Account reduce Benefit Base by the greater of the percentage of Income Advantage Account Value withdrawn or transferred, or the dollar amount withdrawn or transferred.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
Any portion of this RMD payment that is withdrawn from the Income Advantage Account does not change Benefit Base or annual maximum Income Advantage Payment, but it reduces Income Advantage Death Benefit proportionately.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership is not permitted.
