BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Benefit guarantees minimum level of future income regardless of investment performance of underlying investment options. Prior to owner's age 80, benefit base is equal to highest contract value on any contract anniversary adjusted for withdrawals. Benefit base is limited 200% of purchase payments made less withdrawals. On or after owner's age 80, benefit base is greater of - 1) contract value, or 2) benefit base amount calculated on contract anniversary, prior to owner's age 80 and adjusted for withdrawals. If owner's age is 50 or older at contract issue, annuity date must be on or after later of owner's 65th birthday, or 7th contract anniversary; If owner's under age 50 at contract issue, annuity date must be on or after 15th contract anniversary. Owner may only elect from 1) Income for a Specified Period, or 2) Income for Life with Payment Guaranteed for a Fixed Number of Years, annuity payment options upon election of this rider.
