BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
Rider provides a guaranteed stream of Income for the life of the owner and annuitant with an opportunity to increase with available Bonus and Annual Step-up.,May be elected in combination with an Armor Flex GMPB rider. Only one rider may be utilized.
RIDER CANCELLATION
The benefit can be cancelled voluntarily at anytime except for Termination Lockout Period, which is currently 5 years.
RIDER TERMINATION
The benefit will terminate immediately upon the occurrence of the earliest of:- 1) death, 2) annuitization, 3) termination of contract, 4) termination of GLWB, or 5) benefit base and contract value reduce to zero.
AVAILABLE WHEN ADDED
On contract issue or later.
SUBSEQUENT PREMIUM
Subsequent premiums will increase the Benefit base by dollar-to-dollar amount.
WITHDRAWAL NOTES
Lifetime Withdrawal Percentages are based on youngest covered person's age on the day of Early Withdrawals are available prior to turning on income under the GLWB.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals reduce the Withdrawal Benefit Base proportionally to the reduction in the Contract Value.
REQUIRED MIN DISTRIBUTIONS
After the Income Start Date, the GLWB permits to withdraw RMD Amount each year without reducing Withdrawal Benefit Base.
SPOUSAL CONTINUATION OPTION
Surviving spouse may elect to continue benefit after death of owner under joint life option.
EFFECT CHANGE OWNERSHIP
Change in ownership will result in termination of rider.
