All Savers Annuity is a Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity. A policy can be purchased for $5,000 non-qualified and $1,000 qualified. After policy year one, 10% of accumulated earnings can be withdrawn free of charge on an annual basis. All Savers Annuity has 7 years of surrender charges which are waived in the event of annuitization, death, or entrance into a nursing home.
