Advanced Rate Annuity 5 is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity. A policy can be purchased for $3,500 or more. There are two annual free withdrawals per policy year (so long as withdrawals do not exceed 10% of the accumulated value). Systematic withdrawal, including minimum qualified distribution, is available. Advanced Rate Annuity has five years of surrender charges that are waived in the event of a annuitization, bail-out, death, and entrance into a nursing home.
