Description:
The Advantage V Annuity is a Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000. Additional contributions can be made for $100 or more. After policy year one, there is a annual 10% free withdrawal of accumulated value that is cumulative up to 30% of accumulated value. Surrender charges are five years in length and are waived in the event of Annuitization, Death, admittance into a Hospital, and entrance into a Nursing Home.
