The Action One SPDA is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity with a loan option. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 for issue ages up to 70 and $10,000 for 71 through 85. There is an annual 10% free withdrawal of accumulated value that is cumulative. Surrender charges are nine years in length are waived in the event of Death, or diagnosis of a Terminal Illness (Up to $100 administration charge if loans are outstanding. Not available in CT, DC, & NY).
