The Optimax One is a Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity. The initial minimum contribution is $2,000 qualified and $5,000 non-qualified. There is an annual 15% free withdrawal of accumulated value. Systematic withdrawals are an option. Surrender charges are seven years in duration and are waived in the event of annuitization, death, entrance into a nursing home or hospital, or diagnosis of a terminal illness.
