The MassMutual Stable Voyage Plus is a fixed deferred annuity with limited flexible purchase payments. The minimum contribution is $10,000 qualified and non-qualified (60 Days are allowed for all purchase payments to be submitted). An annual 10% free withdrawal of the initial purchase payment is available after the first 30 days of the first contract year.
