The minimum premium allowed per contract is $10,000, no additional premiums will be accepted into your contract once it has been issued. Withdrawals may be taken from the contract before the annuity payments begin, minimum withdrawal amount should be $100. Any withdrawals taken during the Surrender Charge Period that exceed the 12% free withdrawal amount may be subject to surrender charges or MVA. Guaranteed Minimum Nonforfeiture Value is 87.5% of the contribution.
