The Pacific Harbor is a limited premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment for the Advisory Market. The initial minimum contribution is $25,000 for both qualified and non-qualified money. Systematic withdrawals are an option. MVA-free withdrawals include 10% of the premiums paid in year one and 10% of the previous anniversary contract value in year two or more. MVA charges are waived in the event of Death, Annuitization, Nursing Home, Terminal Illness, RMDs, Free Amount, and withdrawals after the initial guaranteed term. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
