The WealthGuard MYGA is a single premium deferred annuity with a market value adjustment for the Advisory Market. The initial minimum contribution is $25,000 for both qualified and non-qualified money. Systematic withdrawals are an option. 10% of the total purchase payments are available for withdrawal in year one and 10% of the previous anniversary contract value in year two or more. MVA charges are waived in the event of Death, confinement to a medical facility or terminal illness. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty.
