The Select Choice - Option 4 (3 year) is a single premium deferred fixed annuity with a Waiver of Withdrawal Charge, MVA Feature and ROP Feature. The minimum premium is $5,000 for non-qualified and qualified. Surrender charges are three years in duration and are waived in the event of death. There is a 30-day window prior to the end of the guarantee period during which the owner may request a partial withdrawal, full surrender or elect an income option without incurring a Withdrawal Charge or MVA. Subsequent withdrawal charge periods are for 3 years. Withdrawals and taxable distributions may be subject to ordinary income tax and if made prior to age 59 1/2, may also be subject to a 10% federal income tax penalty. Early surrender charges may also apply. Guarantees based on claims paying ability of insurer. Products / features may not be available in all states.
