The Universal Fixed Bonus annuity is a Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity with bonus at a rate of 3%. The minimum initial contribution is $2,000 for NQ and $500 for Qualified. Additional contributions is $100. There is an annual 10% free withdrawal of accumulated value. Surrender charges are four years in length and are waived in the event of Death. Withdrawals taken prior to age 59 1/2 may be subject to IRS penalties and any withdrawals taken during the Surrender Charge Period above the penalty-free amount will be subject to Surrender Charges.
