Transfers out of Fixed Account to Sub-accounts are subject to 1) 25% of Fixed Account value in any contract year. The cross-reinvestment service automatically transfers the Contract Value in a designated Sub-account. During Income Phase transfers available from sub-account to fixed account, however not available from fixed account to sub-account.
