Description:
The Accumulator Bonus Maxxx is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity that allows additional contributions. The minimum initial contribution is $5,000 Non-Qualified and $2,000 Qualified. Additional contributions can be made during the first policy year only. There is a 15% cumulative free withdrawal premium payments received. There are no surrender charges if the policy is held for a minimum of five years and a payout is taken over a minimum of ten years. The five year deferral requirement is waived in the event of Annuitization or entrance into a Nursing Home or Hospital.
